Have any of you any idea about the future of Anaplastology? If you were to weave a fabric in which Anaplastology was one of the threads, then which would be the other threads.

Currently am working on a kind of history of our profession and found that it could be likened to a jigsaw puzzle in which pieces were added during the past centuries and some are yet to be added. Or as I prefer to think of a woven pattern, only the weaving is yet in progress and the pattern is not yet defined. Are you with me?

Hi everybody, I'm a Belgian prosthesist for upper and lower limbs but I would like to learn more about Anaplastology. I have my own company in Belgium so i can learn only by myself or go one or two weeks abroad to practise the techniques of Anaplastology. Thanks for your help

Check out 'Clinical Anaplastology' by Keith Thomas. Browse the net for FuseFX and write to the owner called Guy.
On the other hand, if I may, allow me to suggest that trying a project on partial hand loss would be intriguing.
Lastly, if you need any step by step guidance on how to create a hand glove for a case of partial hand loss, you are welcome to ask me.

Cool subject! As this is obviously a site termed 'Open Prosthetics' I would assume that members here share free designs, ideas and techniques. What are good instructions, books, DVDs to start with silicone models and how is art, paint applied? What color specifications do you use? If I wanted to start a silicone hand project myself, where do I find first basics? Thanks :)
